Faculty Feedback

As a faculty member, GradesFirst respects your time and attention when you use our system. Faculty members are not required to put tons of information into GradesFirst in order to have an impact on student success. Your part of the GradesFirst methodology is to communicate to student services staff which students are in need of assistance. Our part is to deliver functionality that lives up to our simple contract with faculty that says:

“GradesFirst is fast to access, easy to use, and works every time.”

Over time, we have learned that professors will come to trust GradesFirst and enjoy using the system. For the school, this results in response rates from faculty on early alert campaigns as high as 85%. GradesFirst faculty access is so easy to use that we have never had to perform any formalized training for faculty in using GradesFirst. It’s that simple!
