There’s more – a lot more.

You’ll have access to Centralized Documentation, Calendar Integration, Tutor Management, Support Center Management, Attendance Tracking, and Two-Way Texting. Literally, you can schedule a tutoring appointment before the student even knows their midterm results.
The Process – how it works
Query and send
In three clicks, you can create a progress report based on the criteria you need and have it waiting in the faculty’s inboxes. Within minutes, feedback from faculty will fill your inbox because it’s so easy for them to respond (see below). You can also determine which reports are outstanding and be able to follow-up with those particular faculty members.
For faculty, it’s automatic.
Because manual systems do not encourage faculty response, we’ve worked to eliminate every obstacle on their end. When faculty receives progress reports, they do not need to login…, or print…, or wait… In fact, once the faculty receives the reports, a response is all that’s needed! They can mark students at-risk and provide notes within minutes. Watch your faculty response rate rise over 80 percent.
Students will know – if you want them to.
With an administrator’s consent, students can be alerted when professors sees that they are struggling in class. From failing a test to multiple absences, students will know – that you know – they aren’t performing well. Students can even schedule an appointment or request a tutoring session on their own. Now an opportunity for a new culture among student success emerges. Please see Attendance Tracking to learn more about this particular feature.
Lend a hand through SMS… or email… or Facebook.

With Centralized Documentation and an Integrated Calendar, you’ll have access to notes and tasks for each student. Within minutes, you can schedule a meeting that suits both student and tutor. Next, send a text, email, or Facebook notification depending on the student’s preference, and receive all responses on your office computer or phone.
